Welcome to Palm Coast Car Rental. By accessing our website or booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Rental Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old (drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge).
A valid driver’s license, held for a minimum of 1 year, is required.
A valid credit/debit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit.
International renters must present a valid passport and, where applicable, an International Driving Permit (IDP).
2. Booking & Reservations
Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
Vehicle availability is subject to change and is confirmed only upon final booking confirmation.
3. Rental Rates & Payment
Rates are quoted per day and include basic insurance.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified at checkout) is required to confirm your booking.
Additional charges may apply for extra drivers, child seats, GPS, fuel, and additional equipment.
All prices are listed in [USD/ANG confirm currency] and are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup, held on the renter’s credit/debit card.
The deposit will be refunded within [2 business days] after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, subject to inspection.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.
If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling charge plus service fee will apply.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made [3 days] before the pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will not be refunded.
7. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must only be driven by the renter and any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement.
Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing unless explicitly agreed upon.
Smoking is prohibited inside all rental vehicles; a cleaning fee will apply if violated.
8. Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price, covering [specify coverage].
Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including but not limited to tire damage, undercarriage damage, and interior damage.

9. Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident or breakdown:

In case of an accident, contact local police to file a report, where required by law.
Do not attempt repairs without prior authorization from us.
10. Late Returns
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges at the standard rental rate.
11. Modifications to Booking
Any changes to pickup/drop-off location, dates, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
12. Limitation of Liability
Palm Coast Car Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services, except where required by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
